Action Item Updates

• Action item #1 - Completed. OSS4ITS Web content is live now on ITS PCB website.

• Action item #3 – Completed. Tom and Tony provided diagram feedback.

• Action item #2 - Deb to discuss the contract with Ariel. There is a new contract mod which is currently in progress

Project Updates

• ODE:

  • Tony received updates from Sudhakar and they’re being run through the testing procedure. Sudhakar wants to make changes but will wait to hear from Brandon. Jayashree will schedule a meeting to discuss ODE TIM message expiration with Brandon, Tony, and Sudhakar.

  • Current ODE issues - #369 is under test, #370 - will discuss with Tony/Brandon, and #371 - will discuss at a later time.

• Updates to SET-IT diagrams/SET-IT new version upcoming changes:

  • Sudhakar made a minor change to CARMA diagrams data flows to update vehicle control to traffic control.

  • Tom suggested to keep the SET-IT updates to just name changes only for now. He has redone and cleaned up the diagrams. There are a few things that need to be edited, and we may need to edit them soon. But currently these diagrams display the as-is functionalities. There are additional use cases for CARMA as per the ConOps that we may need to incorporate into the diagrams. Next few months we may need to address some arterial use cases, currently they are generic. We have to reach out to Tom and he will suggest what we can and cannot do.

  • Tom mentioned that there are version updates upcoming for SET-IT in summer. The biggest changes are to communication references and standards. Will include European standards as well. They are building complete communication stacks.

Next steps – We will circulate these draft diagrams for review and post them on Confluence. We can use the Visio file generated in SET-IT to save screenshots for Confluence. We may get comments back and need to revisit and update the models. Tony suggested doing quarterly diagram updates.
