Goals

  • Purpose of this meeting is to kick-off for the scrum of scrums meetings. Last we spoke was in early July.

Meeting Minutes

  • @Jayashree Iyengar

  • Jayashree will be the PI and Scrum Master on this project.

  • Scrum of Scrums will be meeting every two weeks to discuss any updates and action items. This meeting will replace previously scheduled meetings on Thursdays.

  • There are four different applications (V2X Hub, CARMA3, ODE, SDC). Goal is to find the common architecture.

  • Make sure CARMA, V2X Hub, and ODE have updated epics.

    • Map epics to the architecture.

    • First thing is to create arc-it. It is your design, your process pull.

    • Each project should create their arc-it representation for the architecture.

  • Working on connecting Jira pages and backlogs into the Confluence OSS4ITS, a common place.

  • Confluence Page OSS4ITS: Project Documentation page used for links to all the relevant documentation (roadmaps, Github links).

  • Agenda Items for Status Meetings:

    • Track the projects to make sure they are on track.

    • Kanban will be used to keep track of tasks for this project.

  • Upcoming meetings will have an agenda and will have more substance.

  • Is there a way to automatically pull epics from Jira website to another?

  • John Stark will be the CARMA representative for these meetings.

  • Encourage reviews and no overlap so that projects are not duplicating work.

  • This is a forum for all projects to discuss what work is going on.

Action items

Each project to create arc-it representation for the architecture.
Each project to update epics.
Move meetings to a different platform, Zoom.
Sudhakar and Jayashree to obtain Jira documentation for SDC.
Sudhakar and Jayashree to obtain ODE backlog from the Confluence site from Brian. A follow up meeting to be scheduled.
Include Tony English in Scrum of Scrums meetings.
