| WYDOT/CDOT updates
|
| WYDOT pushed out the new release of ODE to production. So now the SDC team can access it. CDOT – Continuing to work on WZDC project, and pulling in additional data sets from data providers to expand Colorado roadways project. Drew is working on adding source IP for BSM Immediate forward receiver. They will do a PR for the Leidos team, and it will be a small change. The functionality is to send IP so that we can find out which vehicles are sending BSMs.

| SDC updates | | Last week, there was some progress made on the data documentation. Made significant updates to GitLab, and now the teams can find information on collaboration. Will be making a final push and sending out to the user community. After the documentation updates are completed, the team will be working on the interface updates, including working with OSS4ITS team. The team also did a little bit of work on the Kinesis firehose connection, and this should be available in a couple of weeks. Talking to lot of project teams and getting new data sets. Lot of interest across the departments. Great for collaboration across datasets. FRA (data from their Rsys server?) is coming in to the dev environment currently, should be promoting this data to production soon. ARDS? team is doing evaluation on this. The SDC team will be ready to meet with the OSS4ITS team to discuss where they are. Currently they are working in the dev environment, and will be wrapping up the current work in a couple of weeks. The week of April 19th will be good for them. Leidos team members - Sudhakar, Ankur and Fahima still don’t have access to the SDC sandbox environment. The issue is that they requested access to WYDOT data set (CV pilot data) which is not possible. They are not on the approved list of users for accessing that data, which needs to be coordinated via Kate Hartman?. After discussion, it was decided that the Leidos team will not need access to the CV pilot data, and just need access to the OSS4ITS data set which will be all the data generated for the OSS$ITS project. Brandon F. will follow with his team to provide the Leidos team access to workstations instead and set up appropriate access.

| Other updates | | Currently the OSS4ITS Confluence page is getting updates and reorganized to make it better and follow similar templates as with the CARMA and other teams Confluence pages. OSS4ITS social media posts should be going out soon about the new release of ODE, and Confluence page updates.
