ODE SU03 - Data Distribution

The ODE diagram shows the interactions from the vehicles and roadside units to the ODE, ODE processing of data, and the exchange of data with centers/cloud and situational data exchange (for satellite delivery of TIMs).  The ODE is used for the real time processing (encode/decode) of J2735 messages.
