Previous CARMA Layer 1

The CARMA Layer 1 diagram shows all the physical objects for CARMA Platform and CARMA Cloud applications and the functional objects that are needed to support the various service packages that are involved, and also the interaction between these physical objects.

The diagram shows a high level overview of how the communication with different physical objects like automated vehicles, infrastructure devices, and field equipment is accomplished using CARMA.
