   • Had an initial kick-off session with the team

   • Had an initial kick-off session with the team
   • Supported individual users with navigating the environment
   • Identified follow-up user stories to support future needs
     • And added them to the backlog
   • Continuing definition of the Standard Operating Procedures in a multiple project/multiple scrum teams environment
     • SDC and CVPEP teams integrated within the same JIRA board and Confluence document repository
     • Scrum @ Scale initial draft created to define principles of organization and operation for such environment going forward
       • To be discussed among Product Owners and Scrum Masters to improve upon
     • Supported SDC/CVP Evaluator’s User Guide definition
     • Drafted, collaborated, and finalized the plan for EC2 workstations storage encryption within the environment
     • THEA lambda function updated
       • To follow WYDOT’s folder organization format
