Defect

Describe the behavior that was observed and why it is considered a Bug.

Location, Environment, Images

  • Location or URL of the defect where the behavior was observed
  • Environment of the one who discovered the defect: Browser, OS, Screen Size, etc...
  • Images: attach any visual image of the problem if possible

Steps to Reproduce

  • Describe with as much detail as possible the steps taken to help others reproduce the bug
